City Finance Office and City Shop are located at 104 N. 3rd Street (In the back of the Community Building on Main Street).
The Town of Stickney is governed by a Town Board President and 4 Trustees known as the Stickney Board of Trustees. Each Trustee serves a three year term. The president is elected annually during the May reorganization meeting.
The board meets in the Stickney Community Building at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month. When such Monday falls upon a legal holiday as recognized by state or federal law, the meeting shall be held at the same time and place on the following Monday. Holidays recognized are : New Year Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
